Yeah, but he is probably never home using the lights & water....he is out riding, i dont blame him.

You'll find many riders live in places like Monaco because of good tax conditions Rossi, Checa and Melandri all live in the UK.

I think your getting the water rates and the electricity bills mixed up with taxes. Tax is money you pay to the government for money earned
