Dellorto recommend that a switch of fuels requires a change in jet size.
Changing from petrol (stoicometric 14.7) to methanol (stoicometric 6.5) will require a 50% increase in jet size.
Also a change in some internal parts (needle valve and seat size) and replacing any nylon parts is advisable.
