With the old style banshee barrel, how it is 1mm longer then the newer style one,
when i put mine on my new style on my bike, i had to use alot of gaskets to get the squish right, the thickness of all the gaskets totaled at about 1.12mm with a squish set at .45 (as reccomended on some sites)
Would this 1mm of gaskets make the newer style of barrel be as good as the older one, or does it alter the port timing etc...

the port timing is different, the new barrel you put on has a smaller compression stroke
