European Championship |

The 3 rounds of the European Championships have been completed.
Phantom 2nd place open 50cc class behind a BMS bike.
Blata 1st place 40cc class
Blata 2nd place Junior B class behind ZPF
ZPF won the Junior A class

You need to understand the context of the UEM Cup. It is a European centred championship which pulls in most competitors of the non-Italian nations. The Italian national championship remains the strongest minimoto competition in the world today. If you look thru the competitor list you will see many riders from Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, Germany. France etc and a few Italians amongst them.
The winners of the respective UEM classes are deserved winners as well as the machines they compete on - it is a different championship and not like a World Superbike/MotoGP where all constructors are represented as bona-fide factory teams.
The exact same issue is evident with the titles OzMinimoto are promoting. Not every rider is competing at every round. See what I mean?
