Team Mago and myself were out at WCR today. We didnt get much track time though. The track was booked for a corporate function. I did manage to get in about 15 laps though over a 4 or 5 hour period. Out of those laps my fastest 9 laps were not clocked due to an error with the lap timer, i did get the chance to set my clutch and try a different gearing so the day wasn't a complete waste of time. I would suggest though if anyone intends going out to WCR give them a call, either in the morning or the day before practice to avoid disappointment. I usually cut atleast 7 laps in our 5 min session before qualifying so you can get an idea of the track time we got. I must admit though, Ryan was very generous and gave me a free practice session pass for next time.
Bollo...your time survived this time !!!! but just keep in mind i did a 32.875 in my first session with a deflated front Tyre.....bring on Sunday bloody Sunday.

yeah that was a joke
at one point we got a 3-4 lap session and then the carters went on for another half hour
but when all the carters went home me an mago had the track to our selves for a bit


why doesnt wcr have any other days as practise days?

because its about money and they earn much more from karts than bikes

correct me if I'm wrong Tony, but I think your point was that if karts are gonna take priority even on Tuesday, then why say Tuesday is minimoto practice day? Why not just come down any day that there aren't many karts booked??

i think that would be a better idea PeteD, and maybe if Minimotoers bought a Transponder with their Pit pass they could charge us by the amount of the track time we got. I doubt it tho.
