just a question to the mmmci, what level of rain i.e- sprinkling, light rain, rain, downpour will the decision be made to cancel the event? and if it does rain will the track be allowed to dry and delay the races for an hour or so?

This will be decided on the day?
BUT, if it is a total wash out you will be invited back for seconds, free of track fees.
