He's pretty stuck on her. Lucky enough to have chatted with him in the airport lounge in Frankfurt last year after Mugello (where he had that BIG crash). He was reviewing the race footage trying to figure out what went wrong and was heading back home to 'see his girl!' He's very down to earth so I don't think groupies will be a problem - It's difficult for anyone to get near the riders in the GP circus. He is a motorcycle racer after all and not a rock-star

i remember my 20's well......and i can tell you i was not ready to settle down, neither was any other guy i knew...even if they were married or top blokes the temptation was still there.....and we wern't on our way to a world title with bimbo's all over us

Back on Stoner. He is turning out to be a good challenge for Vale and with luck and continued good form can rightfully lay claim to the title. I don't think that 15 points is enough to keep him (Vale) away from regaining his title. Vale made up in excess of 50 points last year after numerous disasters put him way back and consistent podiums put Hayden as the World Champ with only two wins to his credit. Melandri had more wins than Hayden last year, he should have been world champ
The next several rounds are the ones which will set up the tile chase proper. These are the races on European circuits where the kick-ar$e Ducati top-end will be negated (note that the Yamaha was only 7.8kmh behind the Ducati during the race down from 16kmh or so from Qualifying).
I am certain that Vale will triumph this season. He is as determined as a hungry dog at a garbage bin as his off-track excursion proved that he will willingly try the impossible.
